Before returning items for credit or repair, you must obtain an RMA number from the sales desk or your salesperson. Please note the RMA number on the outside of the package. Items not shipped prepaid will be returned to the sender at their cost. Please use the following addresses for returns:

Terralink operates it’s own fleet of vehicles for delivery to addresses within the Fraser Valley. Limited delivery service is also available to Vancouver Island and the Okanagan Valley. For areas outside of our local delivery service we ship via parcel post, bus, courier, LTL (less than truckload), or contract truckload. Unless prior arrangements have been made, all shipping is COD. Please indicate your preferred shipping method when discussing your order with our sales desk staff. For all US customers, please be sure to include your Federal Tax ID number when you sign up for an Account.

While special order items are non returnable, it is possible to return an item for refund while it is still in season. A restocking charge of 15% is applicable.
BEFORE returning an item, please contact TerraLink or Grotec for an RMA# (returned material) and shipping instructions.
Please note the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Any package arriving without an RMA number noted, will be returned to the customer at their expense.
